24 HOUR TELEPHONE BANKING

Not everyone does their banking from 9 to 5, so we’ve made it easy for you to access your account at any time. 24 Hour Telephone Banking lets you access certain account information and make simple transactions right from your home or office – or anywhere there’s a phone.

No application is necessary for telephone banking. Just call 813-909-0944 and key in your selection from the voice prompts. To access your account information, all you will need is your account number and personal identification number (PIN). However, if you wish to transfer funds between your accounts, you will need to come into the bank to complete an application. It’s convenient, it’s simple, and it’s free.

DRIVE THRU SERVICE

Drive thru service for Heritage Bank customers only is available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday at all of our bank locations.

NIGHT DEPOSITORY

Heritage Bank’s night depositories are available free of charge for use at any time. The depositories are located beside the drive up window and contain deposit supplies. Adequate lighting is also provided for your security concerns.

MERCHANT SERVICES

Through a correspondent bank relationship, Heritage Bank is able to offer complete and affordable merchant services to business customers.

BANK BY MAIL SERVICE

For those who find banking by mail more convenient, we provide bank by mail deposit envelopes without charge.

DIRECT DEPOSIT

Save a trip to the bank! Heritage Bank’s direct deposit conveniently and automatically deposits your paycheck, Social Security payment or pension check into your checking or savings account in absolute safety.

You have the security of knowing that your money is safely in the bank, even if you are on vacation. This service is free of charge.

AUTOMATED CLEARING HOUSE (ACH)

ACH provides security and convenience for direct deposit transactions such as payroll and Social Security direct deposit. Recurring payments commonly processed through ACH include payment of insurance premiums  and other reoccurring amounts at designated intervals.

FEDERAL TAX DEPOSIT SERVICE

Heritage Bank offers the service of accepting your Federal Tax Deposits and remitting payment on your behalf to the Treasury. This service is free of charge.

OVERDRAFT PROTECTION

Safeguard your good credit with Heritage Bank’s overdraft protection service. Simply link your checking account with any other Heritage Bank deposit account (of the same name) to cover any overdrafts that may occur. Funds may be automatically transferred up to the available balance in the linked account, providing you with peace of mind. Take advantage of this free service!

AUTOMATIC TRANSFERS

Automatic transfers provide a convenient way to transfer funds between your Heritage Bank accounts on a scheduled basis. Please contact us to make arrangements for this free service.

These negotiable instruments are offered free of charge to Heritage Bank customers and may be purchased during lobby hours.

WIRE TRANSFERS

Heritage Bank initiates and receives domestic and foreign wire transfers electronically in a secure and confidential environment. See us during lobby hours to make arrangements for this service.

CASH ADVANCES

For those who need quick access to cash via a credit card, Heritage Bank can accommodate most major credit cards. See us for your VISA, MasterCard or Discover cash advance needs during lobby hours.

NOTARY SERVICES

Many of our bank representatives are State of Florida Notary Publics and can accommodate the notary needs of customers free of charge during lobby hours.
